Make your return to school easy by ordering your back-to-school packs with the Parents’ Association (APE) before July 31. You'll benefit from discounted prices thanks to our group order, and you won’t have to worry about searching for the school supplies required by the Lycée. You’ll simply collect your pack right before school starts at the end of August / early September
The "Back to School Pack" service from the School Supplies service (Papeterie APE) is available free of charge to members of our association. For non-members, a €10 application fee applies (see below). New this year: online payment is available.
The Papeterie is run year-round by APE volunteers. We're currently looking for parents who are available to help with preparation and distribution of orders at the end of August / early September, as well as with our Wednesday morning office hours during the school year. How to Join the APE and Order Your Discounted Back-to-School Pack: :
- fill in the membership form APE 2025-2026 here
- Follow the link provided after submitting the form to proceed with membership payment and supply pack order
- In the shop, first, add the "2025–2026 annual APE membership" to your cart (14 euros per family)
- revenez ensuite à la boutique de fournitures scolaires en cliquant sur "tous les produits" en haut à gauche : là, vous pouvez par exemple cliquer dans la colonne de gauche sur la classe de votre enfant pour filtrer les articles, puis choisir les quantités souhaitées en vous basant sur la on the official school supply list ici pour les maternelles et primaires et là pour le collège et lycée ainsi que sur les éventuelles fournitures qu’il vous reste.
Finalize your order (by clicking on the cart), making sure to use the same email address as for your membership form and include your full name. You don’t need to provide your mailing address (just enter “x” in the address field, as the system requires something).
pay online with IDEAL or a credit card. You'll receive an email confirming your order.
Collect your order at the school at the end of August / early September
If you do not wish to join the APE but still want to use the Back-to-School Pack Service. Only the first three steps differs.
- Send an email to papeterie.ape@gmail.com requesting access to the service
- Follow the link to the shop received by email
- In the shop, add first the “non-member administrative fee” (10 euros) to your cart
- then follow steps 4 to 7 above
