To ensure an stress-free start to the new school year, order your Back-to-School Pack before you set off on your summer holidays! You have until 31 July to do so, so don’t delay.
Thanks to the bulk order organised by the Parents’ Association (APE), you can benefit from competitive prices and won’t have to run around the shops looking for the school supplies required by the Lycée français Vincent Van Gogh. Some items are also difficult, if not impossible, to find in the Netherlands.
Your order will be prepared by volunteers from the APE stationery shop and can be collected from the school just before the start of term in late August/early September.
How do I access the online shop?
Access to the Papeterie shop depends on your choice

Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a link to the Papeterie shop, where you can place your order and pay your membership fee (14 euros per family)

Send an email to papeterie.ape@gmail.com with object : NON-ADHÉSION – Demande d'accès à la boutique Papeterie
We will then send you the link to access the shop.
Non-members can take advantage of the ‘Back-to-School Packs’ service by adding the ‘Back-to-School Pack without membership’ administration fee (€10) to their basket.
Why join the Parents’ Association?
By joining the Parents’ Association (€14 per family), you can use the stationery service without paying any administration fees.
Above all, you are supporting the many activities organised by the association throughout the year: representing parents at the school, events, mutual support between families and the life of our community.

Instructions for placing your stationery order in the online shop

Add first in your basket
- annual membership fee 2026-2027 if you join the association (14 euros/family),
- or fees "Pack de rentrée sans adhésion" if you don't want to join (10 euros/order).
- Add the items you require to your basket. The items are categorised by year group: select your child(ren)’s year group from the left-hand column to filter the products. Choose the quantities you need using the school’s official lists (available on the page "back-to-school" - fournitures scolaires) and order quantities you need.
- Please complete your order using the same email address that you used when you registered (or when you requested access).
- The system asks for a postal address: if you do not wish to provide one, you can simply enter ‘x’ in this field.
- Pay for your order online via iDEAL or by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email.
Order withdrawal
The packs will be put together by APE volunteers at the end of August.
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email containing a link allowing you to book your preferred collection slot between late August and early September.
You can then come and collect your order directly from the school during this time slot.
La Papeterie needs you!
La Papeterie is run entirely by volunteers from the Parents’ Association.
We are looking for parents (and lycéens!) to help prepare and distribute the packs in late August/early September, as well as to run the Wednesday morning drop-in sessions during the school year.
Every helping hand is invaluable!
School books
Secondary school textbooks are not supplied by the Papeterie.
Here find the books list requested by the Lycée.
In particular, the APE recommends the following solutions:
